So everyone excluding Harry are familiar with that story. So the three objects that make up the Deathly Hallows are: The Elder Wand, The Resurrection Stone, and finally the Cloak of Invisibility. So throughout the story from the first to the last film Harry obtained these items but in the reverse order of how each of the three brothers obtained them.

No, the resurrection stone...the stone Dumbledore stored in the first snitch harry caught to win the match... philosophers stone was created by Nicholas Flammel, later destroyed.

I think drawing the symbol also takes up more time, allowing him to keep them there for longer in order to enable the death eaters to get Harry so he gets Luna back. Edit: And it adds a little bit more atmosphere by putting the focus on his state, probably.
