In a lighthearted yet suspenseful comedy, an ordinary man inadvertently becomes embroiled in a world of espionage and intrigue. Donald Sutherland was a workaholic and took on nearly every role offered to him. Blockbuster or low end of B grade he'd do it. Thing is he was such an amazingly talented actor that he could make the worst movies brilliant and this one is no exception!!!.

If this is a British B movie the casting and acting are way above US B movie quality. The location work is also good. This was of course a comedy so there is the required exaggeration.

Seen this before, long enough ago to have forgotten the details of the plot but not the characters. Aaah, now I remember, . .... Moscow and a signature musical number........ taken from Smetena's opera, "Die Verkaufte Braut" - The Bartered Bride. Smetana was NOT Russian. Trying to find the joke in that??!!
