You might be able to get that pump working if you set up a short circuit loop. Put a tee on the pump outlet with the through run going to your valve and nozzle. Then route the branch connection back to another tee on the pump suction side with another valve between the two tees. This way you can use the two valves to get the right flow rate through your nozzle but let the pump flow what it needs to and not get overloaded. You might not need the second valve, but it depends on the pump. That's if the pump shuts off cuz you're choking the flow too much. Your videos are great, keep it up!

Next year when you get the plastic to cover that pit, make sure it is at least 10 feet wider. You need to be able to hang the tarp down the outsides of the pit that way no water gets in along the edges. In your current configuration, you're going to lose a ton to mold along the edges because water can get down into the corn along the edges due to the tarp being too small

Hi lads, you can get little fly killer that you hang up in the cab of the tractor that gets rid of flies , you should dump them tyres and get new ones for the pit , that chad fella signed a big deal worth millions in 2017 he's 6ft 4'' big lump of a man, My grandad always said '' he started out with nothing, and he still have most of it'' nothing that is. The bucket was a good idea, Anyway cheer's men and thanks for sharing.

Great 👍 to see a good start to harvesting the corn 🌽. Good to see ingenuity and lateral thinking 🤔 of delivery 🚚 of the “good bugs” into the cracked corn 🌽 via way of a hole in a bucket! Brian’s story telling to the fore once again. Cole great 👍 packing down of the corn 🌽 in the pit, and that the repair work to the sides of the pit have stood you in good stead!

Don't eat the yellow snow man. Lol Oh that's corn dust. I was the one that got stuck by all the noisy equipment too. They make expandable orange ear plugs that make it easier on your ears. Saw my uncle drive off the end of a pile, his eyes were as big as dinner plates. He was puckering hard. Luckily enough feed came with him so it was an easy landing. About 15 feet to ground.

Pressure - why the water flows slower as the level lowers in the bucket. With a full bucket the pressure is higher at the outlet and will flow faster, as it lowers the pressure decreases and the flow rate slows down. A simple spigot will allow you to adjust it if you like. You'll have a salable item in no time.

Cole somerimes the simplest way is the most reliable and best way of doing something. I tried those pumps on the auger years ago. When they work they are good but when they don't which is almost always... The bucket with a hole is good if it needs more accuracy a little spigot tap like in the sprayers do the job beautifully and add accuracy.
