Western highlands of Scotland, Doing overtime this weekend litter picking due to the weather being nice. Tasks are check and clean 2 waterfalls, check, unblock and remove any trapped wildlife from cattlegrids (x8), Check paths to view points and cut back a few trees that are overhanging a few passing points on road. And Sunday check wild camping sites next to sea loch. Tools are Quad bike + trailer, DJI 4 drone and chainsaw. Job last weekend was cleaning cats eyes on rural roads cold wet and windy.

Hi, I am from West Yorkshire, I mainly find McDonalds and other discarded take out food. My area gets really bad when recycling is collected. We have numerous bags / bins, and unfortunately the bin men just let waste fly around the street. Counter productive, but is the main contributor to street waste ironically.

Thank you mate, doing a great job, i moved from the uk to Australia in 2019 and i still litter pick although the problem isnt as colossal as the uk i find. We do have the containers exchange scheme where you get 10cents a container, either through bag dropping at a facility or through a reverse vending machine. Lets hope when the scheme is finally introduced it makes a difference or at least gives vollenteers a good payout Love the videos 🇦🇺🇬🇧

@@TinCanTidy Some places like county lanes are used by people who go down there to drink I mean in cars and then toss the beer cans out all over the place , I’m always picking them up. Plus there is the take away Costa coffee rubbish .

@@TinCanTidy Yes it is , but like you I don’t understand why people can’t just dispose of their rubbish at home rather than throwing trash out. I think cans are the real problem plus plastic bottles and now vapes .

@@TinCanTidy Where I live there is no litter we resycle everything, we get a deposit on plastic bottles and cans ,electronics, paint, we can bring it to the dump for free.There is a big problem in the city's with plastic bottles and cans.I follow two litterpickers in Hayes on youtube and its shocking to see the amount of litter there is,in towns and by the canals. Now I found your channel and I love it ,great work and thanks for cleaning.

@@thekingofpopj Hey thanks for watching! For me personally I have found that industrial estate roads and main walking and cycling routes are great places to find litter. Bus stops or nearby bins are also great places for litter to collect. Happy Litter picking!
