Love this explanation! This is my family's first year "waking up" from the false holidays and we will be celebrating Passover for the first time, but we have no idea how. And suggestions for resources on how to celebrate properly?

Shalom, thank you for your comment. HalleluYAH for our father revealing this to you, they are such a blessing and so much more rewarding than the festivals of the world. We currently have no teaching on how to observe Passover as we are a fairly new fellowship but hope to in the future. We would suggest watching the video titled "Passover Q&A Part 1" on the KZbin channel of Messianic Torah Observant Israel. Bear in mind, we have not put this teaching together and being new to wanting to observe the appointed times, please have discernment in the holy spirit what to take and leave from the teaching. We don't agree with everything in the video (which it's okay to disagree) but will give you a good bases to go off :)

I will touch briefly and then point you to another one of our teachings :) It is eluding to the 7 days of creation in Genesis and the interpretation of scripture of 7000 years total in creation, us being in 6th day, 5780 years since Genesis. Yeshua crucified in jewish calendar year 3790 (the 4th day, Wednesday), dying and resurrecting 2000 years ago (1986 years ago according to google). 6000-7000 years (the 7th day) is when I believe when the first ressurection will take place. No coincidence the 7th day is also the sabbath and the 7th festival of Sukkot, all about a tabernacle, a place where people get married :) I could go on further, but I cannot do it justice in the comment section. If this intrigues you further I suggest you watch Joe's teaching where he backs it up with scripture. But I am not Shure who to feet Luke 24:21 in this.After His resurrection on Sunday during day time, Jesus appear to the 2 of his disciples, and vers 21 the desciples affirm that this is the 3 Rd day since Jesus was crucified( vers 20).If Sunday they say that this is the third day then that means He was not crucified on Wednesday. What is your opinion on this? I will really appreciate to see what is your though!

Shalom :) Yes this is a very interesting verse as it would read that his death was on "Good Friday". From my studies the key is in the word "since" which is the Greek word "apo". Michael Rood's book "The Chronological Gospels" touches on this. Here is an excerpt from that book (page 269): {Lk 24:21.1} "The third day since" - The Greek word apo is translated as "since" but it literally means "separated from the whole" - in other words, there are three days separating us from the event of the crucifixion, which transpired on a Wednesday. According to the Greek, this is the fourth day after the crucifixion - and it is, in fact, the first day of the week, Sunday. Strong's G575 - apo (if you want to check it out on the Blue Letter Bible). From my humble studies there is no other way around it. Although if the above is incorrect and it is how it reads, you must then fit all the other pieces back together and see if it fits which it doesn't as: Where does the day of purchasing/preparing the spices fit into this? What about the narritive of counting back to the triumphal entry? (It having to be a sabbath, text mentions sitting on colt - a donkey that has never worked) What about the 3 days and 3 nights prophecy? and so on... I would highly recommend checking out Michael Rood's book "The Chronological Gospels" as it goes into depth of the entire timeline of Yeshua's ministry almost to day by day with scripture! This video would be over 24 hours long if I could include everything hehe, subscribe if you haven't already as we hope to go into more detail in the future, looking at The Last Supper and other key events around his crucifixtion. Honest question. If our Messiah died before Passover, what meal did he eat with the disciples as the last supper? Doesn't that happen Thursday of that week?

Yeshua died on Passover! Passover started Tuesday Sundown and ended Wednesday Sundown. Lambs where killed on Wednesday at twilight, the word can mean between evenings and ranges from 12pm till Sundown. Yeshua died the same time as the Passover Lambs was being killed, he is the Passover Lamb! The Last Supper was not a Passover meal with a lamb, he desired to eat it with his disciples but never did. It was a bread and wine covenant meal that dates back to melchizedek. He was renewing the covenant with a victory meal.

Matt 28, says clearly it was Dawn. The day starts at dawn, there's about 40 stories that make it clear the day starts at Dawn. Not sunrise. Read Jonah's account for starters.

A couple of reasons: 1. As they see him ressurected on Sunday, they use this as a main driving factors why we should keep the "Lord's" day Sunday over the Sabbath which is not scriptural to begin with! Breaking one of the 10 commandments, would we have an issue if the church was committing murder? The sabbath is just as important! 2. We are living and have been taught a lie, Good Friday and Easter Sunday are not Holy days. 3. Further more Easter derives from a Goddess called Ishtar, it is pagan replacement theology. 4. It hides us from learning the truth of God's Biblical times and seasons which is a prophecy we were warned about in Daniel 7:25 that Satan will seek to change the times and seasons. I'm sure there's more, I hope you consider them points 🙏

I agree on the word Easter. I refer to it as resurrection celebration. I will give this more thought. Appreciate your reply.

The only fault I find is that you're still using a Gregorian calendar, which is only about 500 years old. But it lines up if people know Abba YaHuWaH's creation calendar. Great job!

Shabbat Shalom glad you thought it was great :) Yes primarily we show the gregorian on this as its aimed to be easy to understand and relatable for people new to this. Another benefit is this year the days of the week lineup perfectly with the crucifixion in the biblical narrative, giving a day to day walk through as later today at twilight we know he rises! HalleluYAH! We did hope that at minute 21:49 when we temporarily switch to "numbered days of the week" as described in Genesis, it would suffice for the more researched of the calendars like yourself. Note also the dates above the days of the week are according to what described in the bible. And having the hebrew day cycle above and gregorian day cycle below.
