Inner city youth stop got away from it when the slam dunk became popular and never looked back. It's cool, that they still play in your area but that's not the case for most of inner city America. I'm in the south as well by the way, and football and basketball are pretty much the only sport kids play now.

I went to Roosevelt and played football for G.C. with her brother Ruff(Donald). I used to go to their house with ruff all the time. And I remember one time we were in the yard and Twin(bullet) was throwin up Iron and talkin about the new set they were starting called Santana block, at that time the two main sets , Leuders park pirus and Kelly park crips. I remember his sister Reecy (i hope that name is correct) in the yard with us as we passed a bottle of "night train" mixed with cherry Koolaid.
