It was fun to see Howard Lincoln as a character in the movie. I remember he was a character in the old Nintendo Power magazines, in the Howard and Nester" comic strips.

It wouldn't make much sense to backdoor a game run on computers that weren't connected to anything. There was no wifi on the gameboy...
