Yes, that is right. Not only that but the fight against climate change is very vast and involves the whole world. Without an international coordinated effort, it is kind of meaningless. It requires all the other things which are now being ignored about the environment. A carbon tax is not going to do anything except funnel more wealth to the top and make things more expensive for working class people.
