If you are not feeling good enough because you have fallen to comparing your reality and weaknesses to someones filtered and edited life, this video is one you should watch. It's a hard thing to admit, but we all struggle with looking over at someone else's life and just focusing and seeing how everything is picture perfect. Then we feel bad about ourselves and spiral down into insecurity and negativity.
