Our square inch DTF pricing allows decorators to pay the lowest price for single pieces, small orders or one-offs, gang sheeted or not, any image or images up to 22 x 22". No minimum, a 1" x 1" graphic is just 6 cents. We do also offer two different gang sheet sizes if that's how you prefer to order with UltraColor Max Direct To Film Transfers: 12 x 22" and 24 x 22" with pricing as low as 4 cents per square inch. @@transferexpress Well can't help but compare since Supa gives a hassle free ordering by fixing their price specifically whether per sheet or gang, that easy. Downside however their product line is limited.

I completely understand, it is a different pricing model than how many heat transfers are ordered. However, with fixed design sizing you pay for empty carrier space regardless of it you use it or not and since the DTF printing process is uniquely different than Hyrbid or Screen printed transfers it can be priced individually based on the specific size, without minimums. If you upload your artwork file in our Easy View Online Designer it shows an accurate, real-time cost based on your artwork specs and sizing, no setup fees, regardless of if its a single image or gang sheet. We're not going to charge 9 cents per square inch (Example 10 x 10" size) for any unused carrier. Here at Transfer Express, Length x Width x $.06 = Your price. 21 Different pricelist variations for the same product isn't "easy".

Hi, I am starting out in DTF transfers and Heat Pressing, and a lot of my samples are for me and I am a big size guy at a 5XL the smallest I can go is 4XL. What is a good size for big sizes like 4XL and 5XL for ordering DTF Transfers? Thank you in advance

That's a great question! 11" wide is a standard center-chest print size, however it depend on what look you're going for. For a larger print look you can go up to 14-15" wide. We've got a great video on figuring out your exact print size that might help here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4SlcoRsqtGlo6c
