The Truth About Eating Disorder Recovery

This was a difficult video to make and post, but I feel a lot of purpose in sharing my story. I hope that this helps shed some light on the severity and prevalence of eating disorders, and maybe even inspires a few people to take on their own ED. It's tough, but I'm here with you hoping that it's worth it. I've been told it is ;)
