Thanks for making this video 👍 The 2 barriers with this product seem to be i) price and ii) outbound calls? Most people will start on the creator plan, which sounds like it is 2x+ the per min price of using an alternative (like VAPI). the current cost - as you say - rules it out for use at scale. Outbound dialling is possible, but its a bit of a faff. I assume 11L will make it easier to do this in the next few months. Who knows, the per min rate may even reduce too, as token rates of LLMs fall generally?

Hi! Thank you for your generosity in sharing this video. I tried making a cust service agent for a non-profit, I managed to do everything ( except the Tools part) I got it to work but it stopped after the greeting when it was getting ready to inform me of the list of fundraising events. Almost a total of 5 -7 secs. What did I do wrong? Thank u so much in advance.
