I was quite fascinated by the superb talk/explanation of fear/ shame/ control, until 54:04, where Dani said that she got verbally and PHYSICALLY abused by her step father out of love, and there, I lost my excitement. Sorry, abuses are thinks that rarely or never should be justified and it shouldn't be interpreted as love, especially in this case. I don't get it. These days, the law get easily involved and the offender pay for it, most of the time. Just my opinion!
