my st louis was purchased in 2010 or earlier, handles was kind of cracked due to long time usage - i took it back and handles were replaced within a month. they did not charge for the replacement. goyard's after sale service is superb, i must say. :) the newer goyard bags i got last year - excellent quality, and i think they improved their paint/ patterns for sure. and they often updated their classic bags styles - they r really looking to improve their bags design from time to time.

I bought my saint Louis 2024 model and the sales associate assured me if anything were to happen they would cover it. They definitely fixed the issues

I’ve yet to purchase a Goyard, almost did a few years back but I’ve seen so many of their shopping bags not Aging well. That said there is beauty in their craftsmanship

I was nervous about returning to the NYC boutique to show a sales person my 2017 St. Louis GM which had major strap peeling. Several pieces of clothing were ruined, they looked up my account and saw that it was made in a bad batch and kept it for a month or so and replaced the straps gratis. This was my first Goyard and is still my favorite. I bought one for my daughter and time will tell if it’s fine. Hope so! I enjoy this brand due to it being so lightweight and not seen everywhere.

Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 and I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your clutch! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain. But I don’t want to spend so much money on it now, I have been MOMCOCO buying the bag I want, it is as good as LV and is one of my favorite things. Durability

Goyard for me isn’t worth it. The monogram print is cute but Faure Le Page is much better quality and it’s a similar style. And it’s leather instead of canvas
