I've been in certain Hermes online communities. To answer your question, people find it off-putting that you sell courses on how to score quota bags or something to that effect. They believe it is a scam.

@@tania.antonenkova confused by your response…in your video you seem genuinely curious and confused about why you’ve been receiving so much criticism.. As OP mentioned, people don’t appreciate that you’re asking people to pay for advice.. pretty sure you said a while back that you benefitted from TPF so it feels wrong that you’d learn from others at no cost just to sell a variation (with input from your own experience) of the same info? Ultimately, it’s an individual’s choice to spend their money on your roadmap... But that’s the main reason people are put off by your content. Why ask the question if you’re going to dismiss the answer?

The prices of Hermes bags on the resale market have already come down, just like the resale prices for watches so I think it’ll soon go back to a bit of a more normal pace

Anyone scoring a bag from a boutique (not Paris) at this point seems desperate. How much groveling did they have to do to get that quota bag, poor things. That’s literally what people think who know the Game. And once these sad marks have picked up SO MUCH merchandise that let’s face it, they don’t even want, how much more Hermes can a person buy? I mean, the fashion isn’t very good, the shoes are mostly uncomfortable and once you have your bags, belts, scarves, shawls, throws, pillows (I’m so tired of those branded pillows!) whatever, what’s the point of gobbling up more? The jewelry is mediocre and doesn’t hold its value at all. So yes, absolutely take a break. We should ALL take a break. My Hermes were purchased over years, organically, before the Game took over the company. It’s literally for masochists. Respect yourselves ladies, walk away.

I have never seen a low quality Hermes item, perhaps you can do a video (to support your claims).. Every brand has to come up with something new, and the over saturation of Hermes bags/items is because people are so desperate to own certain Hermes items. That is not the fault of the brand. Unless you can provide evidence of what you are saying the purpose of this video has not basis.

Also i learned that a custom made bag from an expert bag maker can be as high quality as Hermes. The biggest issue is the design. Hermes Birkin and Kelly are great elegant designs and Trademark protected.

Great to see a new video from you after a while :) I’ve been looking into bags by Gabriela Hearst, Sarah’s Bags (handmade bags), Amelie Pichard, Nina Gonzalez, etc I agree that it’s over saturated now but with the slow down in the economy I imagine fewer people will be buying them next year.

Try Morabito. It's a small atelier in Paris and it specialises in custom made bags with gemstones in the clasps and various skins. It caters for the truly elite and not much is known about this brand. They dont have much of an online presence. There is one Morabito who has a diffusion line which concentrates on perfumes and more modern design. That is not the same brand. Morabito was famous for designing a bag for Marilyn Monroe to carry her cosmetics, made of ostrich. It's called the Orsay and is still much loved.

I haven’t bought one yet and I feel like a snob, but I agree the oversaturated of QBs and it’s putting me off of wanting one. I feel like I’m just trying to prove that I’m capable of getting one, and the certainty that the price will go up when I eventually think it fits my style made me want to get it asap. I like the design, but it’s not something I have to buy for sure, so I’m trying to justify the price (I want a box K25) while seeing it everywhere.

@@tania.antonenkova You mean that you tend to go there during the offseason...Actually though August is peak tourism period where most Parisians actually go to the countryside or beach or other vacation. The city is quite hot then. The depth of winter is also an offseason it's much easier to get tickets to the museums with out massive crowds. The downside is that's the time when inside renovations are being done.
