I just bought a kit to make mozz and ricotta cheese. I only wish this video came out one week earlier. 😅 I trust your advice more. It should be interesting how close the kit is to your recipe. I bought it because it's made in the USA. About how much does it weigh? Is it cost effective to make? Did you ever figure out how much it cost to make compared to buying? I do realize it's probably healthy due to all the additives added to our foods. I also realize I'm asking a lot of questions. I just like to have all the info. I already make my own yogurt in my instant pot. I find it well worth the time and effort. The taste is good and I can add my own fruits and flavor to it.
