Great content about the Tucson area. I do have a question about the Spanish accents that are used on new construction. At the beginning of your video (o:19) it shows a couple homes, which I presume are model homes. Do you know what the hip or wing style corners are called on the front side of the house on the left? They are located on the corners of the lighter stucco and seem to rise about 5' and then taper off. I believe this accent makes the home stand out to an identical model without them. It gives it a custom look.
