Refreshingly honest. When mentoring inexperienced personal trainers I've related building their business to learning to play tennis for the first time. You have to learn the rules, the strokes and the tactics. This takes time. Business is no different. Thank you for sharing this message, it needs to be heard by alot more aspiring and seasoned health and fitness professionals.

Oh my gosh. Yes! I really think the coaching and health and wellness fields are doing aspiring entrepreneurs a huge disservice by being deceitful about what to expect when it comes to starting and running a business.

So good and so so true! I especially related to the part about self growth, who knew the things that would come up in that space when you venture out to work for your self. I definitely had to address self worth before I could provide the service I was building my coaching business around.

It’s funny that this was the first video to come up for me today. Last week I thought this coach talking $5k-10k/mo was the one for me - but it never FELT good. I felt anxious or just “off” in my spirit. This confirms WHY I felt that way and the importance of listening to my intuition. Thank you!

What laptop do you recommend for running your business? MacBook Pro? MacBook Air?

Either should work just fine. Only need a pro if you need a lot of memory....for video storage and such, otherwise air is fine
