Thank you for sharing this video of Ms. Ta Lou. I've always liked her and cheered her on regardless of her placing in any race. She is so humble and gracious after each race. I pay extra attention to how athletes treat one another after crossing the finish line. Ms. Ta Lou has always stayed the same through and through which is why I enjoy her so much. Blessings to her in all that she does. 🙏🏽😊❣🌺

I wish her and her husband to be the best of everything. It’s wonderful to see famous black people wed each other and not their enemies as many are so often tempted to do. She is indeed Africas sprint Queen and has worked very hard to get there. West Africans are naturally great sprinters up to 800 metres but fade off the scene to the great East African distance runners who dominate that sport along with North African Maghrebi people. Unfortunately west Africans often have to compete against their better equipped and trained Caribbean and North American cousins who have long dominated the sprints. But the Nigerians have done well in their own right and have dominated events like the long jump and recently the hurdles with the African female sprinter of the year Tobi Amusan’s world record run in the 100 metres high hurdles an extremely difficult event. The Americans are no longer invincible after the Balfour laboratory scandal which has shown that they like the RUSSIANS AND EAST Germans have been seriously using drugs and banned substances for decades. Now most USA runners are just as vulnerable and ordinary as other athletes. They no longer totally dominate the sprints like they did for a very very long time
