Love this topic, and as I can see that perfect love has kept you brothers together, without strive, many people, pastors and Bishops have fallen apart, even though we have seen that, that also did happen in the bible, however what is lacking in their relationship is communication, and br Singh clearly pointed out that meditation is talking with God inwardly, whether for a day, a week or even a year, and you great owl point out commuting is also a part of meditation, it is the going back and forth to God, amen, perfect love my family

John 4:32... "But He said to them, I have food to eat that you do not know about." John 4:34... "Jesus said to them, My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work." Food...There is such a thing as spiritual food... Which, according to what scripture tells us the Lord declared, is the real food. "...My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work." What is this "...will of Him who sent Me..."? We get an insight to it from the following scripture verse... Romans 12:2-5... "And do not be fashioned according to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and well pleasing and perfect. . . . For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think, but to think so as to be sober-minded, as God has apportioned to each a measure of faith. . . . For just as in one body we have many members, and all the members do not have the same function, . . . So we who are many are one Body in Christ, and individually members one of another." According to what Paul the apostle of God wrote in his letter to the Romans, in chapter twelve, we can read that the will of God is that we whom God has chosen, called, redeemed, justified, sanctified, and conformed unto glorification in the preceding eleven chapters may be members one of another to have the living of the Body of Christ (Rom. 12:3-5). The Body of Christ is the peak of God’s divine revelation... And the living of the Body is the issue and goal of the presenting of our bodies to God, the renewing of our mind in God, and all the life practices in the foregoing chapters... For the proving of God's will... To His praise and glory. So the will of "...Him who sent..." Jesus is the one Body in Christ. And this will is attained in and through that which makes up "...to finish His work." Which is why scripture tells us that the Lord declared... Matthew 16:18... "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it." See that? "...I will build My church..." = "...My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work." This is a revelation pillar within scripture... One of the intrinsic elements that makes up the anchoring vision of the Christian walk. Okay... But now consider this... Scripture tells us that Jesus said... "...My food... is to do... the will of Him who sent Me... and to finish His work." Do you see what "...food..." is? This "...food..." being the food comes from God. While they were in the desert the Israelites received physical food in the form of something called "...manna..." from God... But follow me here... This physical food wasn't the real food that God was feeding them... No... The real food was... Their obedience to God's spoken word regarding the "...manna..." He sent them. And how can we know this? We can know this because the "...manna..." was only available/good according to God's instructions to the Israelites... Interacting with this "...manna..." in any other way - meaning not following God's instructions - would end with the "...manna..." going bad. Obedience to God is the real food. Now what does this have to do with the matter of "...meditation..."? Everything... Because proper "...meditation..." is intrinsically a matter of eating. Joshua 1:8... "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall muse upon it day and night so that you may be certain to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have success." To "...muse upon..." something is to carefully and thoughtfully consider it, carefully examining it in order to gain a complete and clear view of what it is. And in original Hebrew word is transliterated as "...hagah..." and means speak something deep within you... Like a grown, or growl, or even a roar. And then in the book of Jeremiah we read... Jeremiah 15:16... "Your words were found and I ate them, and Your word became to me the gladness and joy of my heart, for I am called by Your name, O Jehovah, God of hosts." Do you see that the word of God was food to Jeremiah? Do you see that by eating the word of God, Jeremiahbecame constituted with it... That the word he ate... Became to him... "...the gladness and joy of [his] heart...". Today, we know from science that the food we eat becomes a part of us... In a physical sense, we are what we eat. Well this is a divine principle... Eating, and becoming what we eat is a divine principle that is not only appicable in a physical context, but is also applicable in a spiritual context. I'll end this comment here, but continue speaking about this matter in a comment below. Cont. below...

Being clear on this, I'll present the following scripture that we can meditate/muse on about the matter of eating... John 6:22-66... "The next day the crowd which stood on the other side of the sea saw that there had been no other small boat there except one, and that Jesus had not gotten into the boat with His disciples, but that His disciples had gone away alone. . . . But other small boats from Tiberias came near to the place where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks. . . . So when the crowd saw that Jesus was not there, nor His disciples, they themselves got into the small boats and came to Capernaum, seeking Jesus. . . . And when they found Him on the other side of the sea, they said to Him, Rabbi, when did You get here? . . . Jesus answered them and said, Truly, truly, I say to you, You seek Me not because you have seen signs, but because you ate of the bread and were filled. . . . Work not for the food which perishes, but for the food which abides unto eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you; for Him has the Father, even God, sealed. . . . Then they said to Him, What shall we do that we may work the works of God? . . . Jesus answered and said to them, This is the work of God, that you believe into Him whom He has sent. . . . They said then to Him, What sign then will You do that we may see and believe You? What work will You do? . . . Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, as it is written, “He gave them bread out of heaven to eat. . . . Jesus therefore said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Moses has not given you the bread out of heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread out of heaven. . . . For the bread of God is He who comes down out of heaven and gives life to the world. . . . They said therefore to Him, Lord, give us this bread always. . . . Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me shall by no means hunger, and he who believes into Me shall by no means ever thirst. . . . But I have said to you that you have also seen Me, and yet you do not believe. . . . All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and him who comes to Me I shall by no means cast out. . . . For I have come down from heaven not to do My own will but the will of Him who sent Me. . . . And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all which He has given Me I should lose nothing but should raise it up in the last day. . . . For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes into Him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up in the last day. . . . The Jews therefore murmured concerning Him because He said, I am the bread that came down out of heaven. . . . And they said, aIs not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How does He now say, I have come down out of heaven? . . . Jesus answered and said to them, Do not murmur among yourselves. . . . No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up in the last day. . . . It is written in the prophets, “And they shall all be taught of God.” Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me. . . . Not that anyone has seen the Father, except Him who is from God, He has seen the Father. . . . Truly, truly, I say to you, He who believes has eternal life. . . . I am the bread of life. . . . Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. . . . This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, that anyone may eat of it and not die. . . . I am the living bread which came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he shall live forever; and the bread which I will give is My flesh, given for the life of the world. . . . The Jews then contended with one another, saying, How can this man give us His flesh to eat? . . . Jesus therefore said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you do not have life within yourselves. . . . He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will araise him up in the last day. . . . For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. . . . He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me and I in him. . . . As the living Father has sent Me and I live because of the Father, so he who eats Me, he also shall live because of Me. . . . This is the bread which came down out of heaven, not as the fathers ate and died; he who eats this bread shall live forever. . . . He said these things in a synagogue as He taught in Capernaum. . . . Many therefore of His disciples, when they heard this, said, This word is hard; who can hear it? . . . But Jesus, knowing in Himself that His disciples were murmuring about this, said to them, Does this astumble you? . . . Then what if you saw the Son of Man ascending to where He was before? . . . It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words which I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. . . . But there are some of you who do not believe. For Jesus knew from the beginning who were the ones who did not believe and who was the one who would betray Him. . . . And He said, For this reason I have told you that no one can come to Me unless it has been given to him from the Father. . . . From that time many of His disciples went back to what they left behind and no longer walked with Him." The above scripture is at the same time... Both wonderful in its revelation of the truth... And sobering in it exposing what can happen to those who don't receive it... Meaning... Don't eat it. Cont. below...

Cont. from above... Eat Jesus. This thought caused "...many of His disciples..." to go "...back to what they left behind and no longer walked with Him." This is Jesus that they left... The Person they had followed across the Sea of Galliee, all the way from maybe around north of Tiberius to Capernaum... A few hours journey in a boat... And they had followed Him because they saw (or heard) that He had worked the miracles of healing and the feeding of five thousand. And yet... When Jesus told them that they needed to eat Him... "...many of His disciples went back to what they left behind and no longer walked with Him." Why? Why did people who had believed Jesus could work miracles not take the time to further consider what He was saying about eating Him? It says in John 6:64 "...But there are some of you who do not believe. For Jesus knew from the beginning who were the ones who did not believe...". So we can know that a lack of belief in Jesus was at the base of the turning away from Jesus by "...many of His disciples...". Yet, we know from scripture that they seemed to have belief to follow Him up to that point. So what happened? The problem was that their belief was based in and out of their natural human expectations of what it meant to follow Jesus... And eating Jesus wasn't a part of their expectation of what it meant to follow Him. This tells us that they were depending on themselves... And not on God. And right there exposes an error that all of us who claim to follow Christ Jesus often fall into... We hold to our own belief of who and what He is... Our natural man belief. Yet, according to scripture, our natural man is fallen away from God. And this is where we must be careful... Very, very careful. Brother Ramon says arround 11:10 that when someone mediates on the scriptures what is being said in scriptures will be at the top of our mind and even if we do the worng thing we can know what Christ would do and then we can try and do what we know from scripture He would have done. Now although this is spoken to in scripture... As in our taking Christ as a pattern for our living, and our having the mind of Christ... We need to realize that we cannot do so in and out of our fallen natural man. It simply isn't possible to do... Our fallen natural man cannot make itself better. And this is why scripture tells us that we must be born again of God... So that Christ Himself, as life... Resurrection life... Comes into us, joining Him to us and us to Him... As a seed that grows within us, causing us to take Him as our life... Until we are brought over time to be able to, like Paul the apostle, declare... Galatians 2:20... "I am crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me." "...it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith of the Son of God...". Eating Jesus is a matter of faith... A matter of believing into Jesus. Not just believing that Jesus is real... For scripture tells us that even demons believe Jesus is real. No... It is a matter of believing... INTO... Jesus. For as we believe... INTO... Jesus... We, in spirit, by faith... Are eating Jesus. And as we do this... Jesus becomes one with us... And even becomes us... In life and nature. Remember... The principle of we are what we eat. Eat Jesus... Become Jesus. And how do we eat Jesus? By reading the God's word... By prayer... By fellowship with other believers... By signing songs and hymns... And it is in and through this that the Church is built. And remember... The building of the Church is the carrying out of the will of God... To His praise and glory. "...I will build My church..." = "...My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work." Amen.
