Banks used to sell the houses for lower than the amount owed to keep people in debt slavery. Mortgages are the ones that caused people to charge more for property when selling due to the debt they paid off ...house prices didn't use to increase so much...now they made some which is a need into a speculative investment...what something is worth is not necessarily what you will receive when you sell

Only if One do not plan settling down in this country, then buying a house may not be ur best option, if you will be staying over 30yrs and keep paying rent, to me the person is actually paying someone else’s mortgage 😂 because if you calculate what you pay as rent over the 30yrs to what you also pay as mortgage then it becomes I thy know. My opinion 👌
