The truth about my health ... Endometriosis, PCOS & more

Hey all! Its been awhile and I know I've been talking for a while about how I haven't been well but I never explained why. A couple of weeks ago, I finally got my answer after lots and lots of doctors appointments. Endometriosis and PCOS are a lot more common than people know yet it is not spoken about enough. I have attached below some links to read more into it but remember what I have said in my video is NOT medical advice, it is simply my own experience. Please listen to your body when it tells you something is wrong, you know your body than anyone else does. In regards to my music, I had to take a short break because of the surgery I couldn't sing properly but I will be back really soon . Im filming a new cover as we speak. sooooo exciting ....!!! I love you all and appreciate the support and love you give me constantly. It means more to me than you will ever know.

Januvia can be added to the Metformin. It helps keep the blood sugar from spiking, but you can't take it without eating as the sugar will drop.

I actually just got diagnosed with endometriosis and cystic in addition to this really bad wave of depression where I can't even function like a normal person. My surgery is next week. Thanks for sharing your experiences and making me and so many others that we are not alone in this, you literally give me so much strength to not give up. OMG Brittany! I’m so sorry you’ve been through a lot and I’m happy that you’re getting there but believe me I’ve been dealing with the mental health and stress since before the start of the COVID and I’m not ok I’m still struggling. You’re so strong I wish I was that strong. xo 😘

Oh, happy that You getting well. Insulin resistance caused by food I guess. There are great things: keto diet and fitness trainings 7 days a week up to 750-1500kkal a day that helped me to come back to healthy life. I wish You too eat more health food. And also You have to sleep well and reduce stress because insomnia and stress cause damage to our health, make us sick. Please, please, please care about Youself more and everything should come back to normal without any medications and doctors

But one thing is stuck in my mind that why you haven't tried to do checkup before when you are getting pain at the earlier stage and you told that no doctors were checking your body and your about pain thoroughly, then why you not gone through another possible ways... like why you not went out from Australia and checked up..

Me from Nepal... and i know little about your problems and pains and i have seen here many womens of age little more than you and they are getting extreme pains and doing strugglings to get rid out of their pains... so sad when any one talk about this and when anyone got this happen i really really feels low and feels to cry.. but now i am feeling happy that you may be one and god saved you from the many from this type of pains getting worst and worst... thankyou for sharing your personal such all things... much love from here 💕💕and take care always...
