Aziz, I think you know you can customize the M buttons. I had to turn down the transmission setting to 2 from 3 to make it a little more livable. I think I’d reserve the hardest transmission setting for the M2 mode for maybe on the track. Fortunately in the US we don’t have to have that stupid speed notification. I too have been surprised by the fuel economy since it is officially rated for 23mpg and I am getting 26-27mpg (US). I have to keep a very soft microfiber for the screen because the fingerprints drive me crazy too. I ordered a screen protector but it hasn’t arrived. I hope it helps mitigate fingerprints and prevents potential scratches.

I ordered mine, got the race pack, i done a proper test drive, the m2 i test drove had race pack. I was amazed at how she stuck to the roads was so good that it made driving very easy, i had a tiny bit of wheel spin but nothing like you say, she never stepped out on me either like my old f82.

i got u bro those weird beeps you have to go to the apps and turn off the warning tone for red light camera, speed trap, and other apps that have an option for warning tone's specific to your country..

The m sound is the exact same thing as the exhaust button (or at least i believe so). Sport and sport plus mode change the sound way more than the valves

I drove my friends M2 today. He had the previous M3 and M4 (f80) and he said it’s a much much better car to drive. I have no idea but I really liked it. I own a TTRS 8s as a daily and also have a few supercars and was surprised at how composed it is. The power delivery is really good from 3.5k rpm up and it keeps pulling to it’s top speed. I liked all of it basically. The only thing I didn’t like was the steering wheel feeling. Felt a bit dead, or maybe it just felt different since I’m not used to it. Anyway, it looks amazing in the flesh! awsome car overall.

Aziz, the other sound you are hearing is a notification that the speed limit changed, you can turn it of in the settings for good.

Most of the problems are easily fixable with the coding, and it can be done cheaply with Bimmercode and any of the devices. Thats how I fixed all the annoying things on my X5

8:26. You will run into a traction issue since this is an FR. Be mindful about it :)

I had to spend an hour or so going through the worst-written manual to figure out 30% of everything i wanted to shut off. The car needs a button by the shifter called "Enthusiast". Once pressed it will: 1) Shutoff speed limit warnings 2) Shutoff the warnings that things are near your car in the garage (only on start up) 3) Engages Sport everything and puts suspension on Comfort.

As far as I know, you can customize the hell out of a BMW via a OBD2 Adapter and some Android/iOS apps. You can probably change all those things and unlock even more stuff. But why didn't you buy a bigger car, an I6, V6 or V8 M/AMG/RS?

Das Fahrzeug hat effektiv 493 PS also mehr wie der normale M4 mit 480 PS der nicht streut , 2025 Modelle werden per Software nur noch knapp 460 PS haben damit der Abstand zum neuen CS erhalten bleibt , darüber hinaus wird der laute Sound inklusive dem brabbeln verschwinden übrigens hatte der erste M2 statt 370 PS effektiv 400 PS ist alles nachzulesen … wer schreibt den das ? Natürlich jemand der den neuen wie den alten M2 beide in Alpinweiss haben oder hatten

stimmt, und der M2Competition hatte lediglich maximal 10ps mehr. Mein M140i mit dem B58 motor hatte aber extrem nach oben gestreut.

I strongly believe that most of the cars made after 2019 until now are getting full of unneccesarry bulsh*** buttons and features and warnings. You mentioned only a few of anoying things about the latest BMW's, but there are a plenty of more. I was driving the latest BMW 3 and the overall interrior quality (cheap plastics, uggly screen) was a bad bad experience... So at the end, I just bought an 2019 Mercedes :D :D :D

I would not consider all that overstear as a good flex but a badly tuned suspension. Maybe they made it to stiff on the rear to make all the bonkers around happy.

@maln8102 well it doesn't work in this way. The test driver is the key in this aspect. Even what the company requires. So I think the direction was to make a very point car on the front and oversteering. Good for track, but maybe they forgot it's a road car 🤣

@@maln8102 it's not about what they know or not, it's about how and why the set it up the way they do. Sportscars that can be driven on the road are always a compromize, you have to consider tire wear, comfort and who drives the car, it's also a fun factor i guess, track tuned BMW's with good setups don't oversteer like that and have much more tracktion but are also hard to drive at the limits. Road cars should not have too much traction so the limit is approachable for amateur drivers and novices, the more traction, the faster it oversteers if it looses traction and the faster you have to be on the steering to catch the car. BMW with standard setups are very easy to drift or to catch a oversteer and are not snappy and you wont end up with a quick counter oversteer.
