archer is "safe" because its a legacy class and is literally a fossilized relic of a bygone era, there is no reason to buff or nerf it because only a fraction of the community even mains it. its clear that the developers abandoned it a long time ago since it never gets any new cosmetics, even the city that the class hails from is practically abandoned by the devs. if you wanna cope then go ahead, but dont pull wool into other peoples eyes.

13% of pve nerf isn't that much for suc because in next update maegu can equip awake weapon and with extra monster damage from black star the damage different is only around 5-7% it un notice able most of spot you will need same amout of skill to take down same enemy

True if you are not already capped on monster dmg. Once you reach a cap, then you could always run more special attack dmg, but then you also need enough sustain to stay alive without frenzy draught. But overall, the Nerf isn't that bad. It's still an amazing class. it just takes a little longer to kill mobs at hexe now.

and theyre gonna nerf that as well, dont forget that the devs are called the fun police for a reason. if you like it too much then they will do everything in their power to make you abandon it. why? to keep the power balance between classes in check, not for balancing reasons mind you, but so people who main those classes dont ragequit and keep spending on them mindlessly.

Hopefully, after they balance the rest of the classes out, we will see some Maegu buffs. She is still viable, but I definitely lost around 2k to 3k trash at Hexe. I'm sure she is worse in pvp now as well.

Are you playing awaken or succ tamer and was it before or after the recent buff? Tamer definitely needs a lot of love, but I heard she isn't too bad after the recent buffs. What are you thoughts on how they could make tamer stronger?

Sorry to break it to you, but as you see in the comments people and PA will only stop when the class is unplayable, this has hapenned tons of times. PA loves nerfing some classes to the ground, instead of buffing weaker classes. And bdo players love seeing other classes being nerfed to the ground for some god knows reason.

IRK! I wish we could break through this mindset and have a roster of strong classes to choose form. They have the formula since we saw it with Maegu. Now all they need to do is apply that to every class and balance the dmg, cc, and protection then the PVE in BDO would be top tier. We have been getting some good buffs lately though, hopefully we will see a change!

bdo players love seeing other classes nerfed to the ground because all of those players are apathetic crab mentality psychopaths, they will do anything and everything in their power to bring anyone with higher status, wealth, skill, or beauty down with them if it means that they can destroy their ego and feast on their misery, often excusing it as being balanced or fair when in reality they do it to massage their own twisted & distorted ego's, and in extreme cases this develops into classic communism.

You're right, it's quite funny how the Maegu mains are furious because of nerf, but they don't want to admit how strong and versatile this class is. And she is still one of the best classes in the game. A lot of classes in the game can't match her.

I completely agree, I guess they don't want to admit how powerful and versatile the class is. Even after the nerfs, she is still S tier. I can feel a slight difference, but tbh it's not that much. You just need to be really aggressive and on point with your combos now to pull the same trash. I think awakening may be busted, though. What is your opinion? Do you think awakening will be better? I do like how you can play succ for range and awaken for melee. Kind of reminds me of Ranger, huh?

About the maegu nerf I don't see that so bad, I mean some classes been nerf multiple times and yet still OP af beside if we play relying to much on the class power we can't get any play style also maegu's nerf b'cause upcoming awakening maegu so PA need to balance the succession maegu as same as other succession other classes

I do agree, she did need some nerfs to be on par with other classes. My opinion is that the other classes should be buffed to be on par with her. When Maegu released she was the most amazing classed I have played in BDO since launch. Now don't get me wrong she is still awesome, but when they got rid of some of her clones, protections, and mobility it did kind of hurt the class overall. IK alot of people don't want to be to strong but I don't see why not. I think all the classes should be broken IN PVE. What classes do you think need some big buffs to keep up in PVE?

The truth is Maegu needed all these nerfs. I think she's mostly fine now except her stamina. I still think pressing Q should cost a decent chunk of stamina. Nothing should be able to kite and juke infinitely the way she can. I'm more annoyed by some of the rougher classes getting completely skipped. The recent DK and mystic buffs or even the lahn buffs are absolutely massive compared to what kuno got who is in a far worse state in PVE. They also skipped over awakening tamer still ignoring the fact that she has sub par damage and non existent AOE for efficient pve. What did she get again? Oh yeah.. mana recovery buffs on a class which didn't have mana issues.

Yeah, they really do need to focus on bringing up some of the other classes that are just plain bad. But I'm not gonna lie. When Maegu dropped, she was awesome! I wish all the characters were that strong, but I like that would take a lot of balance patching. Too much work to make every class amazing, so they take the ez route and nerf everything in maegu's kit, literally everything. But she is still pretty good. megu nerf was ok when it was 18% of her dmg, didnt need more nerfs, just ask ur horrible classes to get buff bc they really need (tammer for example) there are more powerfull classes than megu out there, no one will talk about sorc? unkillable (if the player mains the char and has full knowledge of the class) what about drakanias? no one will ask for her to be nerfed? in my server nodes and sieges are full of drakanias and sorcs, can we talk about archer being top kills in any node/siege? there a lot more, but what i want to say is that megu isnt the best pvp class today, she is just popular as fuck and fun to play so u will see a lot of megu (u need ranged characters to break structures poke the enemy etc etc, u cant have full melee, and megu is the most versatil and fun tu play ranged char, if megu doesnt exists u would see archers and rangers instead, they deals a very high amount of dmg did u know?....) u cannot complain that much about a class bruh, just focus on urs and ask for buffs.

They are still nerfing her again in global labs. It's crazy, like you said she is really fun. I guess they don't want ppl just playing maegu. But from what I understand, Archer can do similar dmg now. Sad to see my favorite class get destroyed. I'll be trying out succession today to see how it feels. Hopefully, the nerfs didn't hurt too bad.

BDO is getting better and they try hard to make every class perform as closely as possible in pve. They have not achieved yet, but we get there one week at a time. Maegu might get nerfed now, but she will also see buffs again in the future when other classes have pushed ahead. They have completely gutted classes in the past (Sage, Drakania) and even they have begun to receive love again.

The class is still good, hopefully they don't nerf her anymore. I think awaken Nova, Succ Zerk, Succ Guardian, and Succ Woosa will be out dmging her now, though. She's still my main, though. I just really love the way she plays. Thanks for checking out the video!! Great comment, too!!

@@putmangaming5672 I think she is powerful enough to endure more, but they should not overdue it. They will probably just try to readjust the damage a bit with the Awakening weapon in mind, because this will give her a lot of extra AP.

But the biggest problem with that is the fact that there are ap caps. So if you're already capped with or without the awakening weapon, then another nerf is going to slow her down even more. That really hurts end-game players. I know they are dropping a new regions soon, but still, nerfing the dmg more would cause lots of maegu mains to get mad. Ik I don't want to see any more nerfs, especially with all these other classes getting big buffs

i think they nerfed her too damn hard, it makes all of the promotional videos about her look extremely misleading. and you might think that its easy to get to endgame in bdo, but you are absolutely wrong. most "endgame players" have never even passed level 62, and only 8 players in the entire combined servers of bdo are at level 68 after 9 whole years. saying that only 0.001% of the entire playerbase can exploit pre-nerf maegu to its fullest is not an exaggeration, because there are literally only that many people in the entire game who are at that level.

I feel like buffs all around are the way to go. Nerfing things to the ground is not the move. 13% Isn't too bad of a nerf (Cries in 25-30% Succ Musa blue buffed skills on cooldown nerf) it's time to start letting other classes be up there too. Maegu is still top tier. All they took away was damage. They did nothing to her mobility, her ranges ETC. (At least as far as I know someone can correct me, I haven't logged in a few weeks) Kuno needs a buff, tamer needs a buff, revert the Shai nerfs. If one class is pulling ahead by a significant margin, like Succ Maegu and Woosa, it's time to look into your other toons. I get they are milking their flavor of the month players when a knew class drops, but if you make every class OP then you're gonna be consistently making profit as new players join and go "Man this class is my playstyle and I'm OP? Hell yeah I'll spend some money." If a new player joins and feels like they HAVE to play a class they might not like just to stay competitive they won't stay long, and it's a missed opportunity for a sale. Just my two cents tho, BDO is still one of the best MMOs out there! Fueg video as always!

Pvp nerfs are more than fine but recent nerf to maegu were 100% pve. Even though I do agree she was extremely strong and way above most classes, she wasn’t the only one in her category. You still have woosa and zerker.

Just get good Striker awk is OP on PVP literally since his release and got zero nerfs literally recieved some pvp buffs.
