Sir my interview was done on 27 March but till date I can't get any update regarding my student visa final result.why immigration is taking too much time to respond.

Hi Gurleen, thanks for watching my video. These days NZ immigration has backlog of many application and they are behind their targets. One of reason is, since new National government has come in the power, they laid off many employees from various ministries and govt bodies. They are running short of employees. I would say just be patient and at least your application is in process not declined. Hope for the best.

Now I mailed to immigration officer regarding delaying Of my visa and she responded that external query has been escalated and are still awaiting an update on the external query. I understand this must be frustrating for you, and I apologise that we currently have no additional information to provide on the progress of your application, however I will let you know of any.Is there any chances that I can get positive reply.
