GUYS, don't worry, seriously! You are definitely being smart and doing the right thing! Real estate really is a good investment for the reasons you've talked about! It might be a pain in the butt to rent and to deal with people, BUT if you do it smart, ensure you're protected from ALL sides/aspects of renting out a place, then you'll be fine. Plus, there are companies that one can pay to deal with majority of the stuff, so you don't have to.. :) best of luck to ya!

I studied accounting and I love finances. I completely agree with buying real estate and assets that appreciate over time instead of assets that are going to depreciate, I'd buy real estate/invest if I wasn't a broke student like that would be one of the first things I'd spend my money on if I had enough disposable income!!

(I’m 21& he’s 23) Although the crowd of followers may have begun as a younger crowd, it may not be that as much anymore! Dude I loved this video, and I love the information you shared about how God placed roles and things in your life for you to be a steward of and how y’all talked about finances and how a car basically immediately looses its value but Real estate is constantly increasing in value. (I’ve never thought about it that way) I would love if y’all did more videos on what yall have learned in terms of finances or purchases of any kind! I love y’all’s content always! And I love how God moves and speaks through y’all! I HIGHLY suggest reading the book Radical by David Platt. I love your transparency in making good investments in your finances because too often I'm seeing youtubers plunging into greed and materialism and then showing it off on their videos. I will say, I sincerely hope you guys will be serving in almsgiving and investing in charities, organizations, or financially supporting overseas missionaries/projects in the future. I think as disciples, we have the opportunity to serve in not only in our church communities but in the communities we live in to share the gospel and to show love. Gabe and Jess, you have an amazing platform and I love your content and who you are as people. Please continue creating and using your gifts.

Honestly I like that you guys mentioned this and I also liked that you had an “adult” talk on your channel. A lot of your fans are older and starting to earn money (like me). I don’t know if you remember but two of your fans actually got engaged at one of your shows so that means they’re buying property soon as well. This sure did open my eyes and made me realize that I need to start saving as much money as I can now rather than later. My family has always been so interested in real estate and flipping old houses. We just don’t have enough funds to buy houses and renovate them (sell them blah blah). Also we lack knowledge about the right process of flipping a house and where to go when you need help etc. We LOVEEE watching HGTV so that kinda helps haha.
