@@Vettedbiz I’ve signed onto your site and been looking at franchises that cost no more than 200k and then ones that cost less than 50k, some as low as $10k

I did look into a couple of franchises and after looking at those agreements there is nooooooo way any sane person should enter into a franchising deal. The franchisor has way too much power and can take everything from you. Stay away.

The FDDs definitely favor the franchisor. However, a franchise attorney can help even the playing field through negotiating key terms.

@@Vettedbiz my attorney and I were not able to get any concessions on multiple FDDs. Basically is take or leave it. I don't think franchising is good use of investment capital.
