My LRW 8 AND LISTENING 4 I DID ON 14 OCT. MY RESULT IS WITHELD BY ELLT. AFTER WITHELD I SENT EMAIL AND WARNED HIM I WILL FILE CASE AGAINST OXFORD THEN OXFORD SENT ME EMAIL THAT U MAY FILE APPEAL. BUT NOW TODAY I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT TO HOME OFFICE AND OMBUDSMAN UK. AFTER I GOING TO FILE COMPLAINT BEFORE EUROPE COURT OF JUSTICE.
