Stomach clear nhi hai My diet--- Morning Pre Workout: Oats+Milk+Peanut butter+kaju+kismis+Honey , Banana and Creatine Post workout: Whey Protein.. 3 Eggs+Apple+Guava+Daal Afternoon:Tea+biscuit Lunch: Rice+Meat+Sabji+Salad Snack: Moong... And Coffee Dinner: Rice+1egg+Sabji+Daal.... Please check what's the problem with my diet???

There are way cheaper protine sources than way protine and that are actually good, One is Soya chunk. Also it's quite low as compared to other sources, like milk give you 3g protine with 63 kcal Where as soya chunk is just 360kcal and gives you 50g protine.

I think soy isolate by asitis comes close to somewhat of a good alternative to expensive whey protein powder supplemented with dairy for the methnoine which is a little less I guess the minimum weight category in powerlifting is 61 kg for men so he literally cannot compete coz no category
