Not to be ignorant, but I’m kind of thinking he committed suicide! He seemed very distraught and financially strapped in his interview with Hermon!

I knew Bloomquist well and there’s no way he committed suicide he had to much pride for that.

Buck is the GOAT RIP 41 Scott came to tennessee to learn from 15 and follow him and also 14 drivers in any series DID NOT like the drug issue NASCAR banded him in 92 for life but drove a truck on dirt at earls place via stewart hmm saw 18 at kingsport in 86 never impressed the dtwc was moved to wvms so he could win it he could not run pennsboro even at the point had to put up with his issues till dirt late models changed stopped traveling

His police record was as big as his racing record was also. Moyer was #1 till his son grew up and wanted to race and Bill decided to slow down and spent time teaching his son how much time, money, and work it took to be a great driver and owner. I worked on a team and Bill and Sonny was friends so Billy was talking to us and told Sonny about his slowing down and spending time helping his son. Scott was a great driver, one of the greatest ever maybe. Billy Moyer helped lots of drivers to be better, he even give our team advise on chassis set up and racing advise to our driver. He is #1 for life in my book. Worked on Dirt Cars since the 70's and met lots of great drivers. Steve Kinser was the greatest DIRT TRACK Racer ever. He took the time and money to teach his Son how to win The Knoxville Nationals
