Watching from Nashville Tennesee. My wife and I were both on Odyssey and LOVED the shows! Her favorite was showgirls and mine was The Effectors. That’s what brought us to your videos. We watch your videos together and we really liked seeing the behind the scenes stuff. We also both remember you from the ship. We were there opening night for your cast, and saw the “handoff” from the previous cast. It was Nov of 2022 and heard the previous cast cheering for y’all on your first show. It was really cool seeing that from your perspective on your KZbin channel. Anyways, keep it up! Both my wife and I will continue watching.

Hi Kristine! Before ever seeing your videos, I never even thought about jobs on a cruise ship. I no now that sounds so stupid…lol. But I’m so happy for you, living a dream job and really loving it! Those friends are probably having the same issues and that allows you all to help each other through them. Many people don't have that good a support system at home.

Aside from performing, do entertainers spend any time socializing wirh guests? Second question! How do you figure out what you want to do while in port if you have no internet, or cant spend that much time researching? Do you heavily research before you start your contract and just save everything on your laptop? Houston ❤

It depends on the performer and the day! I tend to be in guest areas often (walk around the track, lay out on pool deck, use the gym) and that is where most guest interactions happen. It is common for crew to stay in crew areas, especially if we have busy days! Great question! My first time at a port I usually love to roam around and see what we stumble upon and then we think of more ideas for other times we visit. Also, because previous casts and friends have visited the same ports, they left us a ton of ideas for things to do at each port .. which we also passed down to the next cast!

Yes they were able to visit! and yes! After we perform, many guests recognize us around the ship ☺️ As of now, I'm planning to stay with Royal Caribbean because I absolutely love working for the company, but I never know what the future may hold!

The whatsapp wifi is only for texts, you cannot send or receive photos, voice memos, etc. For sure relationships are so hard long distance! We have one crew mess for everyone on Quantum class ships and we can go to Windjammer after 8pm & pay $3.
