Just because folks watch sports, they think; they can coach too. Be honest with your delusional selves, it looks easier from where you sit. Kerr is NOT just lucky, although luck is needed to win a Championship. Lest you arm chair coaches forget, Kerr has four championships and one gold medal. There are only six coaches with more championships than Kerr in the history of the NBA. Stop the delusion, stop the hate, and appreciate his greatness.

Kerr is phenomanal and i'm quite sure that any true baseball guys will want to play for him...aka KD. Problem that Kerr is he somtimes gives too much space to veterans like Green and Thompson. Likely those issues could have been resolved without Thompson and Poole leaving the team. But that's a give and take. Space is what allowed this team to flourish so honestly i can't fault him for that. The fails of this dynasty are a result of Arrogance on Pooles part, Stupidity on Greens part, and and some very very child like behavior from, Thompson. Same thing with KD and Green. KD wanted to see Kerr have a heavier hand but when he didn't show it, KD walked. Honestly i don't think his style is any different to Phil Jackson. Create a system, make sure the ins and outs are known, allow the players to run it!

Anyone, with the potential to coach, can come to a set table and make it look like he or she's some genius. He's lucky. Yeah, I said it he's just lucky. In-game adjustments(let Curry shoot), preparations(let Curry shoot), trying to get the best out of the talent he has(Let Curry shoot) plus He DOES NOT believe in a big man. He thinks he can just have them shoot people out of the gym. Let's see what he is when that talent goes... maybe 'unlucky' or... not as good as people think he is. Because he isn't...

Just a lucky guy. Always at the right place at the right time. But in-game adjustments? Preparations? It's all the ideas and legwork of his assistants. Good leader and manager. But average at best as a coach.

On paper Steve Kerr is one of th3 msot accomplished head coaches in nba history but in reality he is not a good coach. If youre a wareiors fan you know how much this man has been saved by the likes of steph and even Mike Brown. Steve kerr is MASSIVELY overrated
