We agree! Keeping both sugars down is a good option, but it is difficult to avoid all sugar in life - hence, get added sugars to zero and set limits on "natural" sources of sugar. If we are broadening to sources of food rather than just sugar, since we don't usually eat just sugar, then natural sources tend to be healthier foods.
