Dr. Joy, thank you for the "fireside chat." This is a very approachable way to explain this amazing and sometimes complex therapy. Wow Dr. Kong, this video is a long time coming, you are spot on in the perspective presented, philosophically correct, and the innate intelligence is an actual physical phenomena. I am very much impressed with this presentation. I too began my academic search for information on MSCs, in 2016, and have been continuing to this day. My experience with having a HSCT to cure the AML leukemia diagnosis which resulted with severe chronic GVHD due to the mismanagement of various oncologists and medical practitioners. After experiencing the life threatening effects of the standard of care medications prescribed to me to treat the chronic GVHD; I thought there must be another way. Over the following seven years I "binged researched" online and found (continue to find) a plethora of information on the possible positive effects of umbilical cord for many disease conditions. I like your reference to the quantum space where Dr. Richard Feynman PhD physicist, mentioned he was fascinated by the observation that at the sub-atomic particle level there was no linear motion components, it was "a jumble of waves" (me paraphrasing). Thank you Dr. Kong for your dedication and continued development of treatment potential of regenerative medicine.

Is there a protocol to get Stem Cell Therapy just for health prevention? Like for detox... I'm a male, 30 years old who has smoked cigarettes and drunk alcohol for almost 15 years. I recently quit smoking and drinking. I'm kind of fit and healthy, and I take good care of my health and nutrition, as well as my sleeping habits. But I'd love to have Stem Cell therapy to help my body rejuvenate faster along with other minor stuff that I'd love to take care of. Is there any protocol for this? I've heard about 2 mL IV, divided into 3-4 sessions, 1 session weekly. Are you familiar with that protocol, Dr. Joy? Greetings from Baja California, Mexico! And as far as for anti-aging purposes, this is a big portion of our practice in Los Angeles, to help people stay young and vibrant. The antiaging protocol I use is one stem cell treatment every 3 to 6 months, although a person can even do it more frequently if they have the resources to do so. Dosage is calculate based on bodyweight, age and health issues, generally 1cc of our Stem Cell product for every 60 pounds of bodyweight. I appreciate you vetting out the vaccinated as donor material, also I believe you said in another video that you do test for Lyme as it seems not all clinics do. What lab is used to test for Lyme? I know that traditional testing for Lyme is difficult at times to get an accurate result. Is this something that's ever encountered in the stem cell world as well? I've heard quite a few people in the Lyme world end up seeking out more advanced testing like Igenex. And would infections be likely to express in a stem cell? As I understand it, native stem cells have the benefit of not expressing or maybe very minimal expression of the HLA markers but would the native cells also have less expression of potential pathogens or are pathogens able to express from any cell including native MSC's? Thank you for your helpful explanations.
@ngana87555 ай бұрын
At the 22:32 min mark, you mentioned PRP (plasma-rich platelets). What about PRF (plasma-rich fibrin), which many doctors think is better than PRP? Also, what about stem cells from fat cells instead of from the umbilical cord? Dr, Glenn Terry of the GARM Clinic uses stem cells from a patient's fat, which they claim contains 500 TIMES more stem cells than blood or bone marrow.
@JoyKongMD5 ай бұрын
New evidence is emerging showing that PRF may have some advantages over PRP. As to fat-derived stem cells, indeed there contain a lot more MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells) as compared to bone marrow or blood-derived stem cells. However, when compared to umbilical cord-derived stem cells, if the umbilical cord tissue or amniotic membrane is used as the extraction source, there are vast number of MSCs, which are younger, more potent and safer (as explained in my presentation). That said, umbilical cord blood or bone marrow (their composition is similar) both contain other stem cell varieties lacking in cells obtained from fat or umbilical cord tissue alone. This is why at my clinic, we use cells from all 3 birth tissue sources: umbilical cord blood, cord tissue and amniotic membrane. If you are interested, I go into much greater depth in my analysis of the difference between cells obtained from different tissue sources: kzbin.info/www/bejne/laTVoKGafrqpd6ssi=ZbFHXnfWz_u8iulZ

Glad you finally acknowledge fetal stemcells and you seem to be aware on how its not the same as embryonic. Hope you talk more about about these cells and id like to see film maker eric merola on your podcast. Hes made stemcell documentarys
@JoyKongMD5 ай бұрын
Embryonic stem cells are very different from fetal stem cells, but it's true that some people may confuse the two. Since these cells are not legal to use in the US, I'm not sure how useful it is to talk about it. I can certainly consider that for future episodes. Thanks for the recommendation on Eric Mercola. I LOVE his film about Burzynski, and everyone should watch that documentary.
@james5757305 ай бұрын
@JoyKongMD it's as useful to talk about as the Panama clinic cultured golden cells which youve already talked about and it's also illegal in the US. ERIC MEROLA lives very near to you and or your clinic so It shouldn't be a hassle to meet. He says he sent you an email so hope I see you guys soon

At what time we can expect stem cell therapy as a daily personal diet,not to inject but to swallow or eat.
@JoyKongMD4 ай бұрын
That is technically possible, but it would require the cells to stay intact throughout the digestive tract and somehow able to cross the gut membrane into the systemic circulation. We do not have that technology yet, so it's hard to say "when..."

Stem cell therapy having been existed in the earth since the evolution of life, that's why some animals , during their Delivery process,they ate their placenta &umbilical cord tissues ,that contains stem cells.

Can you direct stem cells to create a contracting heart muscle after being damaged by a heart attack
@JoyKongMD5 ай бұрын
Stem cells are intelligent entities that are attracted to areas of inflammation and injury. At our clinic, we can also use laser technology to help direct the cells to particular organs.

did you say you are not gonna treat Covid vaccinated, people? These are the people who in many cases are in the biggest need after being coerced into you getting jabbed, many against their will and they had no choice in order to be able to keep their job and, feed their families. I hope I missed something.
@JoyKongMD3 ай бұрын
We are treating EVERYONE, and plenty of our patients have been vaccinated with the COVID vaccine. However, the stem cell source ONLY comes from donors who have never been vaccinated with COVID vaccines to avoid potential issues that we may not even understand yet due to the lack of safety studies for these vaccines. It is a risk for the recipient that I am not willing to take.

@@JoyKongMD just unfortunately, in some states like mine, they did not allow medical exemptions, except on the very rare occasion you were allergic to one of the things in the vaccine, not an actual reaction to the mechanisms of the vaccine… And they did not allow religious exemptions, I basically lost two jobs because of a vaccine reaction, knowing not to get a second job but doctors trying to force me into it, making me have to choose between my well-being and ability to feed my family and keep a roof over my head.

My only comment is the source of stem cells, which is the umbilical cord, is taken from the mother without any informed consent of what this is being used for or any compensation provided. You mentioned this was being discarded in the past. However, this has become a lucrative money making medical intervention and the mother or family are not made aware that money is being generated from a part of her body, whether temporary or not. Feels like exploitation to me.
@JoyKongMD5 ай бұрын
I appreciate your comment. However, informed consent is DEFINITELY given. Please watch this video regarding how the tissue is obtained: Where Do You Get the Stem Cells? kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJfdaaSkp8Z5iqs

It is a wonderful concept. Unfortunately iPSCs are still difficult to control, and have the potential to grow tumor (teratoma). Until that problem is solved, therapy using iPSC would not be widespread.
