I had written an answer but it didn’t get posted somehow… Antiaging regimens is often individualized, depending on what one needs… but in general terms, I would recommended BPC 157, TB 500, ipramorelin and CJC1295, plus Epitalon… these are a few basic ones that cover a lot of ground…

To the audience, I came across a video stating the difference between tb-4 and tbeta-4. The latter has 43 peptides, while tb4 or t-500 has only 7. So, it is not the same thing, but the beta and the b can lead to confusion

Thank you for your input. However, as far as I know TB4 and Thymosin beta 4 are referring to the same molecule. When it comes to the difference between TB 500 and Thymosin Beta 4 (TB4) is that the TB4 is produced by the thymus gland in the body, and TB500 is produced synthetically in the lab.

I know Selank is primarily an anxyiolitic...and is nervous system focused...and it is legitimate for that...but I'm curious about the research on physicality with it. It's allegedly also used for low muscle tone for certain disorders (possibly MS) but curious what that does for regular workouts, coordination...agility. I'm using it for mental health and I've also used Bromantane which turned out to be just physical performance focused but they each create very different proprioceptive feelings.

They have completely different mechanisms of action of course… there are definitely peptides that can help with various organ function including the liver… many times different treatments can be synergistic since they work on different of the condition.

Hi, are you asking about BPC157? BPC 157 is considered very safe, and is generally taken via subcutaneous route, although some have used oral form. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the oral form but have heard some speak well of it.

I don't see a problem with that. Remember, these are derivatives of naturally occurring molecules in the human body which coexist in nature. As long as you are taking recommended doses, it's generally safe.

Hey! I just started stacking a bunch of peps yesterday. I've taken MT2 for 2 years, but wanted to try taking others subcutaneously for various reasons as you mentioned (mainly anti-aging). The ones I'm on GHK-Cu, BPC-157+TB-500, M2, and DSIP. In the area I put the copper (stomach) there's about a 1" circle of redness and tenderness. I'm wondering if this is okay? People can get various local irritation from the injection... rarely would it be infection, but oftentimes it's an immune reaction, and still it is unclear why a small minority of people cannot tolerate certain peptides - it could be related to the anti microbial preservative or certain part of the molecular structure... this reactions should be temporary and self resolving...

Unfortunately we do not have a peptide in use particularly for that condition. Some research is done on a peptide called vasoactive intestinal peptide showing promising results in slowing or reversing the progression of intervertebral disc degeneration but it's not ready for commercial use yet... And then there is BPC 157, which showed potential benefits in nerve and spinal cord healing, but there's not enough evidence when it comes to repairing herniated discs...

If taking anything that modulates serotonin or dopamine responses while trying to fix something else, like your bowels, be sure to be upfront and honest with your doctor about your marijuana use, and amounts.
