I think it's funny people say Jerry copies kanye. When it's know kanye steals designs from his employees and then fires them. Taking credit for other people's designs is kanye 101. Jerry is a better designer than kanye. Why should Jerry switch up his design language? It's what makes FoG its unique thing. If you don't like the esthetic, then go somewhere else. Plenty of other designers doing their own thing.

I say let Jerry be Jerry, I know about the history of Ye and Jerry . And yes styles are similar. All I would love to see is an Ye and Jerry long term collaboration. They together can do more than dominate the fashion industry. Take the world by storm. However I’m grabbing 2 pairs . They’re not really as compatible as you think. Jerry is a refiner, someone who has a very specific style and continues to just refine it and tweak it, and he does it very well. Ye on the other hand is a revolutionary, someone who goes against the grain, moves in the opposite direction to everyone else, someone who is not interested in staying in the same lane like Jerry is…

I agree def looks like a more wearable version of the fear of God Moc high but I think it's best that Jerry and Ye do their own thing. Just like everyone who creates, they have their own design language. One can appreciate both instead of trying to pit them against each other. Jerry gets a lot of unnecessary hate simply because it's a narrative that is getting recycled and borderline mob mentality.

They look very nice. In my opinion a more wearable iteration of his Fear of God moc high. As far as the price point, it is priced appropriately to how Jerry has priced his creations. People forget that his Fear of God Nike were $300+ but they had resale so I just simply think the price is just a resale thing. J balvins Jordan 3s retailed at $250 wave runners $300 350 v2 $230 etc. A Ma Maniere gets the same heat about pricing retailing for $225 and their shipping price actually came down from $25 to $16 but its mainly about resale value so its not like people were refusing to cop.

My take is that a lot of his followers were all about the hype and relied on his brand to define their style. Now that he has become more mainstream people are starting to turn on him recycling the same old negative comments. Me personally it’s not too much he has drop or that I feel couldn’t fit my personal style. And that’s why I continue to support. Nothing wrong with an opinion however why not put that same effort into garments you like and quite repeating what you see and hear on social sites.

Yes I get Jerry worked with Ye a decade ago and I get they both share a love for similar design language and colour palettes, but Jerry deserves a lot of the criticism he gets for riding off of the back of Yeezy and putting out shoes like this…

The earth tone alien space boot/basket ball shoe has been adidas design language thing for well before Yeezy. That’s an adidas thing that they then took a luxury fashionable route when Y-3 was created and the partnered with Yohji Yamamoto. Most of adidas collabs including Yeezy and fear of god athletics are down stream from things y-3 already did

Look I get that you don't like the negative comments, but dang posting people's handles on the video is kind of a sus thing to do. For me I just don’t care about fog X Adidas. I wish it was a Nike collaboration. I also wish for the essentials ss25 collection, have more cropped shirt, tees & shorts with new colors/ material besides the same color palette from previous collection. I also want Jerry to release some fragrance & accessories on the essentials line but that seems unlikely unfortunately
