It's cool to see, they were just a few decades behind America in player development. Also, Europe has 3x the population of the US. Really hope our soccer team can make a jump in the way Europeans have with basketball, its long overdue.

The NBA has done a really good job of marketing it's game worldwide, starting from the dream team. We're seeing the Miami FC trying to do the same thing in the US!

@@sportscrunch7460 that + we have almost 30 Americans on euro club teams, compared to a few world cups ago when we could barely field 11 players who played overseas. And the NBA/soccer are the most popular sports for young kids in america surprisingly. Not sure why its soccer, but NBA does well marketing online whereas the MLB isn't great with that.
