I've played Roblox since November 2008. So I've seen a lot that has happened over the time. 2010 was the best year for roblox due to the amount of hackers there were corrupting games and just being annoying. I remember you could use a mod to change a game to become uncopylocked. Good old times.

Small mistake around the 1:59 mark. The tickets didn't exactly get forfeited and disappear, they were automatically converted into Robux for a user at a rate of 17 Tickets = 1 Robux. This was written on the "Goodbye to Tickets" blog post.

I experienced tix and I just want to say that they were amazing. Roblox got greedy and decided to take it away for profit because the administration suck. I joined back in 2013 and those were the good days. I don't think the glitch was determinant to Tix deletion. Why not delete Tix-Robux conversion then? Plus, before removing Tix, they raised the minimun price for clothing. Mostly everything was 1 tix at first, and they raised the minimum to 100 Tix, showing that they were seeking a bigger income, wich is ok for me because it was very cheap before, at least player-made clothing was waaaay too cheap. But that has nothing to do with the glitch. They even tried to justify the Tix removal with a blatant lie, saying that having 2 types of currencies was "confusing" for the players. CONFUSING? Tix removal was confusing. As a player of 2012 Roblox was good back then for its community, Not opitmizations of compatibility. If you really were to look at just the basic gameplay back then you'd immidiately get bored, The community kept increasing , people were nice and kind But today its just some popular RP games (Meepcity for example) Where A lot of people OD, Moderators haven't been doing their job very well. And the community has just got out of hand. I think Roblox just needs to hire more moderators since i think 10 would'nt be enough. Also the tix was very abused at that time so removing it brought some benefits too.

The most reasonable why tix are remove is because, players would abuse the system by making bots to join their game multiple times, back then everyone was rich so roblox have to remove tix to put a stop to the abuse. But that is not the most perfect reason. If they think well, they could have remove Vist gets a ticket so they can't abuse to get free robux.

I think it was removed because Tix would lessen the people to buy Robux and the Company ROBLOX wouldn’t get money and because of that The game ROBLOX would shut down due to lack of Money. So they had to remove Tix in order for other people to buy ROBUX and the Company would gain Money and prevent ROBLOX from being deleted.

The huge problem with roblox is the admins made it so child friendly its not the same as it was. I joined in 2009, and this game aged terribly. The removal of tix was not a very smart move because i cant join one game now where at least 2 people look similar or the same. The only thing that has improved since 2009 is the visual quality of the game.

Ok, so me and my friend were playing bloxburg. I was mining and I fell down a hole. Usually, where would be the bottom, went on and I was trapped. So, I responded and went mining in a deep hole. When I turned around, there was a ton of stone keeping me from getting out. So I mined it and I saw a crack. At first I thought it was just a glitch, then I saw a small hole at the end of the crack. I looked into the hole a bit and saw noobs praising to something. So my friend came and looked deeper and saw the small noobs were praising a word... “TIX” and exactly where the big TIX was, looked exactly how you showed it in this video. Even if they weren't worth much, it was still a good thing for players to at least have some form of free money. A few years b/f tix were removed, I spent a long time saving up for a popular package at the time, the robloxian 2.0. Once I got it, I had such a great little (stupid) game party in my friend's game. Not to mention that everyone had an equal chance of getting items they wanted. I didn't buy robux the first time until a year ago, when I finally had enough money. Now new players are being bullied for the way they look, because they didn't have money. I was lucky to first join in 2012. Back when you were only given a T-Shirt, and the Pink Robloxian hair. You weren't bullied as much then. But now ROBLOX is extremely toxic.
