Khabib beat 4 top 25 - 30 guys. GSP beat Hughes, Penn who are top 20 guys and condit whos top 25. Also double champ after 4 year hiatus. Also avenged his losses and I know avenging a loss is not so good, rather never get beaten. Khabib never even got double champ. Jon obviously number 1 and then GSP and then DJ, because DJ was being dominant in his prime. Kinda like Anderson prime was unstoppable.

I agreed with most of your points tbh , the only ones I think are iffy are usman over gsp ( I understand it tbh , bc I think usman is really close but I just feel like it’s still gsp even at welterweight , gsp fought guys who I think would still be ranked nowadays , mainly bj penn and Hughes and he beat both of them multiple times ) and khabib at number 2 is a lil high for me , top 5 for sure and I agree with all the things you said about him but 2 is a lil high . But the best take is Izzy over Silva I’m not sure why people don’t have Izzy as the mw goat but it’s obvious . Alex , Romero , Whittaker , Jared , vettori , costa . Khabib has Edson, Conor, Dustin and Justin. 4 big names, though even today Flyweight isn’t popular and only has a handful of ‘good names’. That doesn’t discount the skill level of flyweights. DJ’s probably the most skilled mma fighter of all time as the most skilled fighters are usually condensed between flyweight and bantamweight. Khabib and DJ both beat whoever was in front of them, but Khabib mostly had strikers with decent to subpar grappling defense vs his top tier grappling offense. DJ had to fight a variety of different styles over his 11 title defenses and continued that into One as well
