Hi Doctor. Thanks for your informative videos and prompt replies for all the questions. It means a lot for a patient with heath concerns. I have previously clarified many doubts with you. One last question. I have second grade varicosity behind knees of both legs due to incompetent perforators. Left is more prominant than right though and suffer heavvy legs very often. It has been 7 years of struggle with compression stockings. Iam using sigvaris type 2 stockings 2 sets per year which also costs 16 k. Though It feels better using stockings, there are issues like skin rashes during summer, formation of wrinkles behind knees and ankle towards the end of day, which irritates the skin. However used to wearing it by now, but I wish it would be great if I need not wear them. Iam 45 year old now. I have desk job and need to sit for extended hours of time. I am trying my level best to be regular in wearing socks and be active with daily walks. My question is since i have a good corporate backed health insurance , should i go for vein sealing treatment? Later in old age when the situation aggravates, i might have retired and the cost would be a big burden in old age. Please kindly advice.

With that logic definitely, you should think about venaseal. Post which u might not need to wear stockings at least as diligently. And thanks for the appreciation in the beginning. Means a lot.
