I worked for the McDonald’s corporation for a long time. It takes a long time for franchise owners to get a store. There’re so much red tape you have to go through. Hopefully, things will happen soon

Getting into plazas (strip mall, whatever) in Florida is so difficult. I remember a MetroPCS was trying to open in a plaza and they had all their equipment, tables, inventory and all but the "opening soon" sign was on the door for 3.5 months because there was a hang-up with the city. They told me it took them months just to get approved for the space then a couple months to set everything up. It's crazy. Hopefully Publix will move faster now that Ian is gone.

When you guys finally get your store you're going to be so happy and love it you won't even think about all the time it took to get and I remember when I was working for realtor company I was interning for a design company and my job was basically just to help the clients make it look the best for anyone that walked in to see themselves in the house not what we thought would look nice but what would make them want to buy I understand the closets my house has no closets and then the spaces we do have we just turned them into little areas to display awards and stuff like that cuz we had family members who had all different type of things my mom was like the first woman to ever work in certain departments through out a barge line company she been retired since the start of 2021she worked there 45+ years and so it made a wonderful thing that show how yeah it just a office but look at all the things she was able to accomplish it was are most talked about room now my sister's room where she built a library in the closet it had no door like your house and we didn't think we need it and it was cute we put little chairs an end table that had a really neat lamp and then my aunt came up with the idea to have a pulley system for the shelves so the books would come out it was amazing but so many people kept saying if you could do that why not spend the extra money and just make it a closet so in the end we did it sucked but just fixing that got us asking price from 4 buyers so it wasn't to bad it just sucked so I know how you guys are feeling and I'm sorry if this seems drawing out in long I am sick at the moment and every time I start to continue I lose track of my thoughts and I go back to fix something and then half my thing would delete it and I also want to say whoot whoot way to got Ham get all the awards

Please be careful, obviously it probably won’t be a scam but we got scammed this year by a builder, he took £300 from us and kept saying every week since March to September he was coming then kept making excuses up.. we had to file a complaint / fraud to tHe police…. And they wouldn’t do anything either. So we are £300 pounds out of pocket. Good luck btw
