How are you supposed to gauge your zone 2 work the lactate meter? Do you first exercise, say, 20 minutes in what you think it's your zone 2 and then measure with the device, then adjust? Or do you have to wait longer? Or less? Thanks!

Based on runners I meet, judging by the their average speed they don't overdo zone 2. Instead my guess is that they are most of the time in zone 3-4. Classic amateur mistake.

Zon 2 made me slower, I train 70-75% of Max 90% of my time training
