Great info! I hadn't heard about any issues with LUS, but I do remember all the Deva Curl drama. Not sure if the company has ever recovered. 🤷🏼‍♀ Years ago, I'm talking 2008ish, I started using Wen (from QVC) and I had some kind of weird allergy/reaction to the menthol (that was my doctor's best guess) in the product. My scalp became so itchy and my skin broke out all around the hairline and on my forehead. When chunks of hair started to come out, that's when I stopped using it. This was way before I started wearing my hair in its _natural state._ 😉 Anyway, thanks for all the great videos! I hope you have a great weekend! ❤

@@coilsandcurls Yes, my hair grew back, thank goodness! It wasn't very noticable because it was towards the back of my head right at the occiptial bone. I immediately stopped using it and had no other hair loss. ❤

I love your talkative cat! Mature hair thinning is a real thing, or at least I think that's what I have going on. I'm so confused as none of the women in my family lost hair in their late 40s, and we all have/had thick curly hair except for my straight-haired mother. It also affects my eyebrows, which tend to itch without medication. My derm provider thought I had frontal fibrosing alopecia, but then decided I didn't and said she's seen this issue from age or Hashimoto's, which I also have had for 23 years, but my thyroid levels are good. After two years of using an Rx steroid ointment and generic Rogaine, most of my brows have grown back and are finally staying put, but my hairline, particularly on my entire right side, is very thin and patchy. As a dark brunette with pale skin, it's very obvious, and due to my curls, I can't hide it. I decided to stop blowing my hair out last year as it's so hard on my achy upper body, but I'm not sure how long I can deal with this new hairline of mine. It really wasn't that noticeable when I had more of a shag cut with straight bangs. It really does suck.

Very interesting. I have gotten conditioner on my scalp lots of times. I have to be careful. Please do a video about silicones and sulfates such as in Ouidad products. I’m interested in trying the brand but is it worth the ingredients?

Getting conditioner on the scalp isn’t horrible, it’s when it gets left there, then there’s an issue. I can do that video! I just received the EVOLVh products! Thank you for suggesting them! That video will be coming up! Thank you Mistyblue!! ➿💕

I’m glad you thought the information was valuable. How long have you been a content creator? I’d love to check out your channel too. If I made it much shorter than 11 minutes then there wouldn’t be much information in it. 🤣🤣
