I chatted with people on X (who were commenting regarding the unfinished Yaya Towers), just this week. They were saying that Biwott was paranoid coz he had money/property beef with Israelis, and one of them was an ex-Mossad guy. Allegedly Biwott tried to grab Yaya Towers from them, so they destroyed it, pouring concrete down elevator shafts and the internal plumbing/sewage system. Which is why they're incomplete till today. I don't know how true this is.

Biwott refused to pay the Israeli contractors and told them to exit the country, so the contractors poured concrete on the toilet and every shaft at night, then they left
