because before the second half the defense wasn’t holding nothing down. almost gave up 20 in the first half of the chiefs just took the points. hindsight is 20/20 but if you look at it from the perspective of the coaches they were operating under the impression mahomes was just going to walk all over them for a second half. and that’s the honest truth of what was going through the coaches head and i honestly don’t blame them. and it almost worked, zay fumbles and lamar throws a pick in the redzone. that’s 10 points that the PLAYERS not the coaches took off the board and it would have been enough to win.

I am a diehard Chiefs fan for over 40 years and I knew we didn't have all the pieces that Baltimore had but I told my family if we win this game it's going to be on the back of the Championship mentality. We have been their and done that so I needed the Chiefs to play a game to make Baltimore doubt themselves and it happen before my eyes because I was scared of the run game. I could live with Lamar trying to throw and this was what happen but Baltimore will learn from it and the Chiefs next year will have to get better because we will meet again. As a Chiefs fan who suffered for 50 years waiting for this team to come together, I appreciate you taking this loss with more than a little grace and dignity. The only thing we disagree about is Jackson’s greatness. He’s good, and he seems to have improved in ways that really matter this year, but 2 things you really have to consider are strength of schedule and W vs L. This year, for example, the Ravens’ strength of schedule was 9.6. Chiefs were 11.8. What we need to watch is how they rate next year and how they perform with a considerably tougher schedule. Making it to the Conference Championship game means next year is definitely going to be a tougher schedule. Congratulations on an excellent season and thank you for your honesty.

Imaginary world?! We are talking about sports entertainment. If you control the play calling on both sides and the refs you can easily control the flow of a game. Harbaugh sold in the playoffs again. The chiefs had to go to the superbowl because Travis has to go and thus additional revenue from a demographic that would otherwise not watch the game. Don’t even get me started on the multiple pass interference calls the refs overlooked. I played the game and coached the game and the Ravens not running with the 3 backs they had, and the running lanes that our Qb had with 6:35 them playing most of the game with more dbs to stop the passing game and match the Ravens speed was the reason why you run more and you Chiefs fans that think they could have scored more are crazy, we had 2 red zone turn overs and a drive killing fumble and we lost by 7pts...that 3oo million plus to be made sure sounds good for the league , I'm just sayin!! 😊
