AT I've definitely made comments like African Americans built this country. It's just a fact. But you would have to better understand the history of the last fifty years or so of immigrants coming to the United States wanting to look down on African Americans, ignorant of the history. It's not division, just reality!
@AFRICANTIGRESS11 сағат бұрын
How does African Tigress, a traveler and not an immigrant, look down on African Americans? I’ve never judged any group of people based on my experience with just one individual. I also don’t condone Africans disrespecting African Americans-or vice versa. We’re stronger when we respect and uplift each other. You are absolutely free to express yourself. However, some comments on my platform cross the line into disrespect and divisive . I’m not sure if you’ve been disrespectful in my comments before, but I’d like to ask: Do you leave similar comments on KZbin channels run by Asian, European, or Hispanic creators? Or is this energy reserved specifically for African creators?
@Travel_plus_adventure2 сағат бұрын
Your previous comment was about black and brown. Brown ppl disrespect and look down on black ppl globally, especially in the US, yet you have all this energy for other black ppl. This is why we as a ppl can't progress. Always want to fight each other while idolizing others. Yes it is black immigrants that have been the harbinger of the black American experience...smh. Be frfr!
@RoseycapricornСағат бұрын
I’ve been watching African Tigress and many other African content creators and I understand the sentiment but I don’t feel that they are intentionally being disrespectful. First, they don’t know American history to understand the truth about African Americans. I get frustrated too but our job is to teach them about our country and our culture just like we would want from them. They don’t understand the complexities of us yet but we can’t let that frustrate us. We have to remember how they learned about us…through white supremcay based media. Once they are immersed in our culture and get to experience the BEST of us, they change. For example, I was a former president of a public speaking organization that was filled with many black people from all over the diaspora. I did a speech called “what is African American culture” and I explained what our culture is and also pointed out our cultural clothes, language and even tribes. The biggest thing I taught them was that modern songs with lyrics were created by African Americans because although other culture used their mouths and instruments, African Americans were the first people to add words and stories to music. By the time I was done people (Africans and African Americans) thanked me for showing them the truth about us and that it changed their perspective. When we teach people who we are they will either love us or hate us more. I find that they always love us more and appreciate the strides that we have made not just for us but the entire world.

Hello there AT: I have been following you for a while now… …I have been wondering why English speaking East Africans commonly refer to suitcases 🧳 as bags….💼…???? I am a writer & a travel bag is not at all the same thing as a suitcase…. I just am interested to know about the verbiage discrepancy & the term inaccuracy….🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️…. @@AFRICANTIGRESSwith all due respect AT, you have no clue! It’s about to go down! So many things are already taking place in the background to set things up for mass deportation.
