Parking space problem is a staple any downtown if you ask me!

You should speak about the real downtown miami near the court houses, this area is awful and there are some people living in the buildinga thinking they live in the best area, the moment you walk out the building you find bums peeing or pooping, sleeping, changing & with tents surrounding the buildings, i went to this are a few days ago horrible experience and scary. Scarybecause the bums and scary with the rich that are extremely rude that live in these so called buildings. Plus the drug dealers. Awful

There are definitely pockets that are not as attractive and that don't feel so great to walk in, and as the new buildings under construction get built and new residents and hotels and retail come in, it will make downtown much more uniform. In the end, this is a central urban area, and there will always be compromises. Otherwise, there are always the boring suburbs 😀

@@blackbookproperties I always enjoy my stay in downtown Miami. Brand new Flagler St. Free Metro Mover right across from my condo. Ocean and Bayfront view. New Henry and Julia food center. Cycling or scootering over the Venetian causeway to South Beach. Great weather and no shoveling of snow. There is a reason why Miami is the most expensive realestate.
