Love your show guys. The PED situation is murky and as a biochemist, let me explain. It depends on the concentration found in his blood - very low concentrations will confer no performance benefit and very likely be from contaminated supplements. Garcia will have to submit the supplement, location purchased and bottle if possible. The doping authority will then track the batch and lot number of that supplement and test a supplement from that specific batch for contamination. This is the only possible and credible route of exoneration for Garcia because outside of contaminated supplements, there is no other way for Ostarine to enter your system. If the concentration found in his sample is higher, he most likely was doping and if there's no contaminated supplement evidence, he'll be on the hook for the offence. Hope that helps fellas.

A lot of athletes and gym goers use Ostarine for its fat burning and muscle building effects. As someone who has witnessed people on this supplement, it definitely provided an unfair advantage for people. Especially boxers. My mate gained over 5 kilos of lean muscle and +15kg onto his bench over a 6 week cycle. Obviously the effects differ for everyone however it is still classed as a SARM meaning it is unnatural. Before anyone casts any judgement, we need to see the levels of Ostarine. It needs to be taken in big amounts to have an effect, if he was truly cheating large amounts will show up on test results. If his version of events is correct, we would be looking at picogram readings (1 trillionth of a gram) that would lead to a positive test result but would also make it impossible for it to have any PE effects during the fight. Because the tests just detect the substance, they don't paint the whole picture. As stated it could have picked up picograms (again 1 trillionth of a gram) and popped up a positive result, which coincidentally is a common trait amongst tainted supplements (Ryan's claim not mine). Now if you're dealing with picograms not high levels which would be indicative of purposeful high use then there is very good grounds of getting any punishment overturned and winning an appeal if you can send off the supplements you are suspecting of been tainted get them tested and they pop for the same PED but the PED is not declared on the ingredients list (ostarine in this case). Ostarine in picogram levels would not under any circumstances add any sorts of PE effects and would not have affected the fight, you have to take ostarine in large amounts (like creatine) to get a true effect from it, so in this case the PED in question and the levels of this PED in the system truly matters and will have a big impact on the outcome of all this. Even more coincidentally ostarine is illegally added to some supplements, even though the FDA doesn't allow it so it wouldn't be on thr ingredients list. So without the test levels, you cannot 100% say for certain Rvan was cheating.
