Im here because I’m almost 2 weeks post op and my tip looks like a clown nose. I was more so worried about a piggy 🐷 looking nose. Never crossed my mind that my tip would be fat like a red nose clown 🤡. This video is very helpful so thank you both for creating and posting it.

Well today (9/19/23) im exactly 2 months post op and my nose definitely looks a lot better than it did when I wrote this post 2 weeks post op. There’s Still some swelling in the tip but not nearly as much as it was weeks ago. I tape my nose every other night and i love the shape of it when I take the tape off in the mornings. However it swells back up a bit throughout the day. If the final product will eventually look like it looks when I remove the tape, I’ll be completely satisfied.

Thank you for this video ! It gives me the hope and peace of mind that my nose will look better eventually. I’m one month post-op and , although I see some improvement, my nose is not what I wanted. The tip is still wide and swollen.

This does make me feel better. The front view of my nose is so swollen and fat looking. But then again...I just got my cast off 4 days ago...so I guess I have a long road of healing ahead.

@@lilmizj9685 the fatness goes down HEAPS, try and stay away from the mirror for the first 3 weeks. I promise you it'll go down.

@@wonderingrightthruexistence I'm 1 month now and it did go down a bit but it's still so big and piggy. The tip is so up. I was literally crying the entire day. I cant even look at myself and I'm so scared what my friends and family will think

@@lilmizj9685 it's gonna be okay ! I'm 5 months post op and looking back at my one month pictures and looking at myself now, there's a HUGE difference, I've still got alot of swelling (one side of my nose is more swollen then the other side). This is why they say to us, wait one full year to see results and if you have thick skin, wait up to 18 months. I was like you too freaken the hell out asking myself what the hell have I done to myself but you gotta trust the process, the road to recovery is long. The nose you've got now and the nose you'll have at 2 months, 3 months, 4months will all be different 🙂 Stay elevated when sleeping until you get to 3 months and keep tapping untill 3 months after that you're sweet.

@@user-dc2zn1vj8h yes omg I'm 2 months and THANK G-D it goes so down. I was literally depressed for the 1st six weeks it was so up. You can see my entire nostrils i thought I ruined my face. Wait till ur 2 month mark and it goes down so much! My Dr. Showed me how to tape my tip so that way swelling goes down faster. Ask ur dr!!

I also dont have thin skin so it takes longer than the average person. my nose is till 50% swollen in 2 month mark. My nose is still wide but my dr said that'll take month for me to thin out

@@khawanji9733 it's still really high. I'm so sad about it. It's not what I wanted it. I'm still so swollen. But I'm trying to stay hopeful. Everyone is saying the tip takes a yr
