People dont understand the character of Saitama. His strength its not based on feats and power scaling. He is designed to be unbeatble character no matter whatever you throw he will get no damage and he always outpower the other character and defeat him in the end. He doesnt need to destroy the universe to prove it basically you just know that if he neded he can do it, but its not required in the plot to do so and beacuse he doesn't need to power up or something to show us. You already know that he is the strongest no matter what.

Honestly i don't agree with the "infinite strength" logic. Because what he has is infinite potential not infinite strength. Because if he had "infinite strength" even his touch will have infinite strength because infinite divided by any number will still be infinte. It is also not like there is a barrier or force like in other verese that prevents this from happening. Nor are there any entities that mange such things from happening. Maybe it can be chalked to his "gag" logic but there is not enough proof for that to certainly be the case. Overall i will say he could be multi Galaxy- Universal (due to zero punch) not higher yet. He does have the potential to reach that level in between fight due to his infinite potential and rapid growth rate. Only EV has shown feats higher than that. But well i will wait for the videos after the next chapter to know if anything changes
